Swansea Spaces
Swansea Spaces (formerly - Warm Hubs)
The location of the Brunswick Centre, home of Spring Church, is on a busy main route adjacent to Home Gower House. The Brunswick Centre is just 5 minutes' walking distance from Oystermouth Road,
Also, the Sandfield's Housing area is located to the rear of Brunswick Centre which means that those accessing the 'Swasnea Spaces' service have this facility on their doorstep.
- Opening times 11.00 am to 2.30 pm on Wednesday
There is a free and ample supply of hot drinks, tea, coffee and biscuits. A lunch will be provided with options such as soup and rolls, bacon rolls, burgers, beans, jacket potatoes, etc.
Service provision will include drop-in support from the Homelessness and Mental Health nurses based at the St Helens Medical Centre, housing support for those currently receiving housing support from Citadel, a Housing Justice charity, and a monthly music therapy session provided by an undergraduate music therapist. We will work in partnership with the local area coordinators in Swansea.
The provision of a 'Swansea Spaces', centre within the locality of Sandfields and St Helens Road will help the neighbourhood to benefit from the excellent facilities of the Brunswick Centre.
